SkillLabs is seeking a Relationship Manager – Royal to manage and grow relationships with HNI customers within Retail Banking / Liability Sales. You will target CASA acquisition, advise clients on financial solutions, and collaborate with branch teams to onboard and service clients.

The role emphasizes cross-selling of banking products and maintaining high standards of customer experience, with incentives and benefits as part of the overall package.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
• Experience in Banking / CASA / Sales / Wealth / Retail Banking preferred
• Strong communication and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with Royal / HNI customers.
• Acquire new affluent customers and increase portfolio size.
• Drive CASA acquisition and liability business growth.
• Cross-sell banking products such as FD, Insurance, Investments, Loans, Credit Cards, etc.
• Provide personalized financial solutions and advisory services.
• Ensure customer retention and increase wallet share.
• Maintain portfolio hygiene and customer servicing standards.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with KYC / AML and banking guidelines.
• Coordinate with branch teams for customer onboarding and servicing.
