About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and providing customers with support & guidance. You'll use your fashion and product knowledge to provide our customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You'll also work on garment refill & care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Customer Sales & Profit: Provide excellent customer service; welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available; support direct customer service.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and conversations.
- Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.
- Effectively promote and sell products to customers.
- Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
- Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
- Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management.
General Information
- Fashion & Trend Awareness: Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers; use product & fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
- Team & Development: Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues; follow procedures, routines, and legal requirements; give and receive feedback; participate in onboarding and trainings relevant for role and development.
- Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution: Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care; operate fitting room and checkout according to best practices; maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house; support garment presentation and accurate displays; ensure stock levels with replenishment routines; follow in-store omni services and tools; assist with opening and closing the store; follow health & safety guidelines and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Passionate about fashion and what is created in-store; motivated to provide a great customer experience.
- Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility, decisiveness, and action-orientation; enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment and in customer service in fashion, retail, or related industries.
