The Northeast Health District’s Ryan White Part B program is seeking a qualified person to provide community HIV education, counseling, testing, and linkage to care. The selected candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the Anti-Retroviral Treatment and Access to Services (ARTAS) intervention. The Linkage Coordinator is responsible for marketing the intervention to community partners, performing data collection and entry activities, and uses the intervention to link HIV-positive individuals to care or to re-engage them back in care.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in public health education from an accredited college OR Bachelor’s degree in education, social, behavioral or biological sciences or a directly related field from an accredited college. Copy of Transcripts must be submitted with the application.
Annual salary $42,000 plus generous benefits include 13 paid holidays, annual and sick leave, health insurance, and retirement plans.
