Responsibilities

• Facilitate entrance into medical care for clients and guide them through the care continuum.
• Accompany clients to their first few appointments and coordinate referrals to related services.
• Offer testing and information about HIV to partners and friends as appropriate.
• Advocate for clients and maintain compassionate, non-judgmental service aligned with AHFs mission.
