Qualifications

• 1+ year of roofing or construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift 50-80 lbs and perform outdoor labor year-round.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with natural slate, clay and concrete tile, and architectural copper.
• Learn steep-slope techniques, historic fastening methods, and safety protocols.
• Assist with restoration projects involving selective tear-offs and job site maintenance.
