Job summary

GH2 Architects, LLC seeks a Project Architect to join our Historic Preservation practice, with available roles in Tulsa or Oklahoma City. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate, and candidates will work on restoring and adapting historic structures within a collaborative, design-forward firm.

The role involves leading preservation projects from assessment through construction, detailing, and documentation, using AutoCAD or Revit.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of preservation experience.
• Strong technical detailing skills related to restoration.
• Ability to survey and evaluate historic masonry, wood, windows, and roof systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide guidance on best practices in historic preservation.

Responsibilities

• Client relations and proposal preparation.
• On-site surveys and site documentation.
• Cost estimating and building research.
• Prepare design development and construction documents in AutoCAD or Revit.
• Prepare specifications and technical detailing.
• Construction administration.
