Qualifikationen

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related Life Sciences field preferred.
• 2+ years histology lab experience including microtomy/cutting, tissue embedding, and routine staining.
• Experience with histology lab equipment: microscopes, microtomes, blades, pipettes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to specimen quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Knowledge of SOPs, QC procedures, and regulatory compliance.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
• ASCP Histotechnician (HT) or Histotechnologist (HTL) certification preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work the designated schedule, including overtime as needed, and travel between local laboratory locations.
