Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Laboratory/Research Technician based in Richmond, Virginia. You will support core operations by performing a range of histology and pathology services under the supervision of the Operations Director and Laboratory Manager.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a dynamic research environment. Minimum qualifications include lab experience and interpersonal skills, with a preferred BS in biology or medical science.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a respectful and professional environment.
• Coursework and laboratory experience in the basic sciences.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Must have previous experience working in a laboratory.

• Prepare and label samples for histology and pathology services.
