Job summary
Lucid Hearing is seeking a motivated Retail Hearing Specialist to engage customers, perform comprehensive hearing screenings, discuss results, and recommend the best hearing solutions in a busy retail setting.
You will follow up with clients, manage appointments, and contribute to the sales team through strong communication, product knowledge, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This full-time role includes a solid base, commission, full benefits, 401K match, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Licensed hearing instrument dispenser or an Audiologist.
- Motivated by helping others hear better.
- Ambitious with a sales attitude.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills and autonomy.
- Excellent follow-up skills.

Hours: Tuesday through Saturday 9:00A – 6:00P
