Assisting Hands - Pasco is seeking compassionate IN HOME CAREGIVERS to assist elderly and disabled clients in their own homes in Pasco County. Duties include personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and transportation support.

Applicants must be 18+, have reliable transportation, pass a Level II background check, and provide a TB screening. We offer training and a flexible schedule with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work with male and female clients.
• Must pass a Level II Background Check.
• Proof of a Negative TB Screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for the elderly and/or disabled adults in clients' homes.
• Personal Care Assistance (bathing, toileting, dressing, personal hygiene).
• Monitor clients' safety within the home and supervise as needed.
• Light Housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, etc.).
• Ambulation and transferring assistance.
• Transportation assistance to doctor appointments or errands.
• Grocery shopping or online shopping assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with clients' personal goals and provide medication reminders.

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated IN HOME Caregivers to provide a combination of personal care, homemaking, and companion services for our clients. Be a trusted caregiver in ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in the place they love most—their home.

Job duties include:

• Provide care for the elderly and/or disabled adults with developmental disabilities in the privacy of their own homes.
• Personal Care Assistance (must be ok with: bathing, toileting, dressing and personal hygiene)
• Monitor clients safety within the home/Supervision
• Light Housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, laundry, etc.)
• Ambulation and Transferring Assistance
• Transportation - Assist with scheduling a transport to doctor appointments/run errands
• Grocery Shopping / Assisting with online shopping
• Meal Preparation
• Companionship
• Assist with the clients personal goals!
• Provide friendly medication reminders!

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Have reliable form of transportation
• Must be able to work with male and female clients
• Must be able to pass a Level II Background Check
• Proof of a Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Screening
