Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Braintree, MA is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time) to provide professional client-facing security services at a busy mall/retail outlet.

You will perform interior and exterior patrols, engage with employees and customers, observe and report incidents, and respond to emergencies per site procedures. Must have valid driver's license and English communication skills.

• Reliable means of communication and transportation.

• Ability to effectively speak, read and write English.

• Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site.

• Heavy foot traffic location – looking for officer engagement and responsiveness with employees / customers

• Interior Patrols, on foot to inspect building and grounds.

• Exterior Patrols, in company vehicle.

• High level of observation skills.

• Observe, report, and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity.

• Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site.
