Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school or community settings. Part-time positions offer the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will receive ongoing mentorship, hands-on training and opportunities to advance within Applied Behavior Analysis while helping families and clients achieve meaningful progress in a positive environment. Responsibilities include implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collecting data, promoting

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field
• High school diploma required (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning andindependence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensuresuccess
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional developmentsessions
