Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings with 1:1 ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
