PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and work closely with families and clinical teams.

We offer flexible, part-time scheduling with opportunities for growth into full-time as caseloads expand. Benefits include travel reimbursement, holiday pay, and ongoing mentorship within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Required: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• High school diploma required (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsabilités

• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
