Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for 1:1 ABA therapy with children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers growth to full-time as caseloads expand and provides hands-on training, mentorship, and pathways to leadership within ABA.

Travel to client sites is required. Responsibilities include implementing BCBA-designed ABA plans, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
