Pay: $80 per visit or $90,000-$110,000 annually (based on caseload)

We’re currently hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) who’s passionate about improving lives through quality, in-home and community-based therapy.

What You’ll Do:
