English 1 is seeking an experienced ESL teacher to join our global community. Teach young learners, ages 3–16, using engaging curriculum and digital tools, and experience life in China while advancing your career.

We sponsor visas, provide health insurance and paid leave, and offer comprehensive training, Mandarin lessons, and cultural activities. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA holders are welcome and sponsorship is available.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree (in any subject).
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus and can be sponsored.
• Clean background check required.

What You’ll Do

• Teach English to young learners ages 3–16 in interactive, high-energy classrooms.
• Deliver engaging lessons using English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Track student progress and provide meaningful feedback to support their growth.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and community activities.

What You’ll Receive

• Competitive salary + performance bonus (after 6 months)
