What You'll Do

As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for

• Inspecting equipment, performing basic maintenance, and reporting hazards or issues promptly.
• Maintaining accurate inventory and production records to help meet shipping and production goals.
• Supporting team efforts to ensure warehouse safety and efficiency.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• At least one year of forklift operating experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer and math skills; RF scanner experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in repetitive processes, and dependability in a fast-moving environment.
• Availability to work assigned shifts and overtime if needed, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Reading, writing, and speaking English; Spanish skills are a plus.

This position is on-site in Millersburg, OR, with four shift options to fit your lifestyle:

• Shift A — Days Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM; Wednesday 6:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Shift B — Nights Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM; Wednesday 6:00 PM–midnight
• Shift C — Days starting Wednesday at 6:00 AM, including 12-hour shifts on Friday–Saturday
• Shift D — Nights starting Wednesday at 6:00 PM, including 12-hour shifts on Friday–Saturday
