Job summary

Legendary Legacy Logistics in Atlanta, GA, offers a Driver Trainee Program (Class A CDL) for the Amazon Freight Partner. Training lasts 4–6 weeks with hands-on driving under a certified trainer, followed by full-time employment with benefits.

During training, compensation is $22 per hour, with home-time on a regular schedule, and opportunities for overtime after training. Must be 21+, pass background and DOT drug screen, MVR checks, and have a valid Drive-A-Check report.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass a background check
• Pass a DOT-required drug screen
• Must satisfy Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements imposed by the DOT
• Must have a positive Drive-A-Check (DAC) Report
• Able to learn and use handheld technology devices
• Able to speak, read, and write in English

Responsibilities

• Haul loads (primarily no touch freight) using state of the art equipment and technology
• Drive local and regional routes that have you home every other day
• Work a minimum of 39 hours per week (3 shifts of 13 hours each) with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime once training is complete
