Spec On The Job is seeking qualified CDL-A drivers for local runs on 2nd and 3rd shifts. This position offers consistent overtime, drop-and-hook freight, and time-and-a-half after 40 hours. After a qualifying period, union benefits and a pay increase become available.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL and at least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience. Local home time is expected, with competitive hourly pay and a stable union-backed environment.

• 1st Shift: $28.80/hour
• 2nd Shift: $29.40/hour
• 3rd Shift: $29.60/hour
