Mind Your Body in New York, NY is hiring Gyrotonic instructors to join our established studio on the Upper East Side. Instructors work with private or duet clients and support a diverse client base in a flexible schedule.

We offer a year-end bonus and IRA matching when eligible. Availability includes at least 15 hours with one weekend day, contributing to a collaborative team focused on personalized movement coaching.

Mind Your Body studio is hiring Gyrotonic instructors. We are a leading studio on the UES NYC.We are looking for individuals who can work well independently and as a team. We are a well established business with a strong, retained client base. The Gryotonic lessons are offered as private or Duet only. The studio is equipped witha Jump Stretch Board and two Expansion Systems.

We offer a year end bonus and a matchingIRA (when eligible).

The hours are flexible but one should be available for at least 15 hours to include one weekend day.
