The role involves assessing processes and providing data-driven recommendations to executives. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any stream and demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Multiple openings are available with Fortune 500 clients across the US. A mandatory training of 3-4 weeks will be provided before placement. Applicants on valid work permits will be prioritized, and those comfortable with staffing arrangements are encouraged to apply.

Job Summary

Business analysts are responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. The business analyst position requires both hard skills and soft skills. Business analysts need to know how to pull, analyze and report data trends, and be able to share that information with others and apply it on the business side.

Qualifications

• BBA's / MBA's,Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any stream

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of business structure
• Knowledge of SQL, SDLC
• Good knowledge of the methodologies to be used

Additional Information

We Have multiple openings with fortune 500 clients and confirmed placements will be with the clients located all over in the US

Mandatory Training with a duration of 3-4 weeks will be provided before submitting the profile of the candidate for the requirements. Applicants on student visa OPT/CPT FULL TIME,H4,L2,Asylum visa holds a valid work permit will be entertained

NOTE : Applicants comfortable to work with Staffing Company and ready to take the training before the placement should apply
