Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and deploy applications on the Appian platform to meet complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and design scalable solutions.
• Integrate Appian applications with external systems using REST APIs, web services, and other interfaces.
• Optimize application performance through code tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement practices.
• Maintain version control and code repositories using tools like GitHub and SVN for efficient development cycles.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Document technical specifications, user guides, and system configurations to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.

Skills

• Proven experience in application development with a strong focus on Appian platform architecture.
• Proficiency in web development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases including MySQL and SQL Server; experience with database integration is essential.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for deploying scalable applications.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration techniques for connecting disparate systems.
