Job summary

Worthington Samuel Coil Processing, a joint venture of Worthington Steel, is hosting a Machine Operator Hiring Event on Monday, October 5th, 2026, 12 PM – 4 PM in Twinsburg, Ohio. This event is for new candidates only and offers direct access to hiring managers and on-the-day interviews.

We provide paid hands-on training, excellent benefits starting on Day 1, and opportunities for growth through performance-based pay, skill development and advancement. No prior steel experience required.

Qualifications

• Reliability with a strong work ethic.
• Able to stand and be active for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Desire for continuous improvement of self and team.
• Able to work a 24/7 schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic shop math and computer skills.

A Schedule Built for Work-Life Balance

Night Shift: 5:45 PM - 6:00 AM

Our non-rotating 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule gives you more weekdays off for appointments, family, and personal time - plus fewer commutes, helping reduce time on the road while maintaining full-time hours.

What You'll Do
