Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver exceptional care at Riverview HealthCARE Center in Prestonsburg, KY. You will provide direct nursing services and support to residents, while supervising assigned nursing assistants and ensuring adherence to standards and policies.

The role emphasizes quality patient care, attention to detail, and excellent documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have an active nursing license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR Certification is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent assessment and documentation skills with patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services maintaining high quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in compliance with Federal, State, and Local Standards and facility policies.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with written policies and procedures.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervision of day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Possess and Active Nursing license in the state of residence
• Current/active CPR Certification
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
