Job summary

Sunrise Manor Nursing Home in Hodgenville, KY, part of Signature HealthCARE, seeks a dedicated nurse leader to supervise nursing staff and deliver compassionate care to residents.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, mentor CNAs, and maintain high-quality documentation while supporting a team focused on dignity, safety, and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Possess and Active Nursing license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR Certification.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervision of day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
