National Queer Theater in New York City seeks a part-time Education Assistant to support Staging Pride: Queer Youth Theater at the Hetrick-Martin Institute. The role focuses on recruitment, curriculum development, and evaluating the program for LGBTQ+ teens.
You will assist Teaching Artists, plan field trips and Masterclasses, and help coordinate community initiatives with the Artistic Director. Hybrid schedule: 2 in-person days in NYC and 1–2 remote days; 10 hours/week, typically 4–7pm Mon/Wed.

Part-time (10 hours per week/ Occasional nights) In-person classes typically 4-7pm Mondays and Wednesdays
Hybrid- working in-person in New York City 2 days per week and working remotely 1-2 days per week, depending on events.
Start January 2, 2026
$20 per hour for 10 hours per week.
