TheKey is actively hiring caregivers (NY certified HHA/PCA) to support clients in Ridge and surrounding areas. Earn top pay rates while building a meaningful career in a growing field. Top pay starts at $20 per hour with weekends at $21.

A $250 sign-on bonus is offered along with weekly pay and mileage reimbursement. Shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and overnights with full-time and part-time options.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid NY Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification.
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation.
• TB clearance or chest X-ray.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care, including dressing, grooming and bathing.
• Provide companionship and social engagement, activities and emotional support.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
• Light housekeeping and organization.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications
