Job summary

TLC Care Services LLP is seeking a dedicated caregiver in Fairbanks, AK for part-time, in-person shifts. The role focuses on personal care, companionship, and support for daily living activities, with emphasis on safety and respectful communication with families and care teams.

The position offers flexible scheduling, potential for additional hours, and meaningful daily impact on clients’ lives. CPR/First Aid and a valid driver’s license are preferred, with Alaska work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Experience with transfers, colostomy and incontinence care is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, incontinence care, and colostomy care.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Drive clients to doctor appointments and errands.

Position Details

• Location: Roost Rd Fairbanks, AK 99712
• Morning shift: 9:30AM to 11:30AM (Can work on Weekends)
• Afternoon shift: 6PM to 8PM (Can work on Weekends)
• Part-time hourly caregiving position

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance
