Job summary

Right at Home Spokane is seeking compassionate Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time roles to support seniors and adults in their homes across Spokane County. You will provide essential personal care, companionship, and daily living assistance to help clients maintain independence with dignity.

Qualifications

• Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or CNA license preferred, but not required; paid training provided.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check.
• Honest, dependable, energetic, and compassionate with a passion for serving others.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
• Support clients with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
• Work primarily in clients' homes with varying schedules and shift times.
