• Provides compliance guidance across departments on privacy matters.
• Manages privacy incident reporting, response and investigation processes.
• Develops HIPAA-compliant policies and notices aligned with regulations.
• Maintains knowledge of federal/state privacy laws and risk mitigation strategies.
• Performs privacy risk assessments and ongoing compliance monitoring.
