McLeod Health is seeking a HIPAA Compliance Auditor to perform privacy audits, assess policies, and mitigate HIPAA risks across the organization. The role involves monitoring compliance, documenting findings, and guiding staff on privacy requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations, auditing experience, and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication are essential.
The HIPAA Compliance Auditor ensures McLeod Health adheres to HIPAA regulations by conducting audits, evaluating policies, and mitigating compliance risks.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business-related discipline or a high school diploma and equivalent experience.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Healthcare auditing experience preferred.
