Job summary

Bodycote is seeking a HIP Operator based near Fountain Inn, SC, to work under the Production Manager in the Control Room. You will start and monitor units, sample gas during cycles, and complete documentation for delivery to the end customer.

The role requires operating in a safety-sensitive environment, with duties including equipment operation, load handling, KPI updates, and strict adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior heat treatment operation experience preferred.
• Must obtain forklift operator certification.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident due to ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor HIP unit in the Control Room.
• Load/unload parts and prepare cycles as required.
• Conduct gas analysis and manage reclaimed gas.
• Update KPI database and document delivery to the end customer.
• Follow procedures and wear PPE, observe safety rules.
