Job summary

SSM Health in St. Charles, MO is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in hip and knee to join a 15-member Orthopedics team.

The ideal candidate will be fellowship-trained with strong clinical skills and the ability to cover general orthopedic care in a busy hospital-based practice. Weekend call is shared at 1:6 to 1:7, and the group offers a competitive income guarantee with productivity-based upside.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/Board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship-trained in hip and knee procedures.
• Strong clinical skills across the general orthopedics practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care including hip and knee subspecialties.
• Collaborate with a 15-member Orthopedics team for patient management.
• Share weekend call on a rotating basis (1:6 to 1:7).
• Participate in patient education, research, and quality initiatives.
