Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Active medical license to practice in the state of employment.
• Strong surgical expertise, clinical judgment, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with joint disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using both operative and non-operative approaches.
• Perform joint preservation procedures and total or partial joint replacement surgeries.
• Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage complications and revision cases as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
