Qualifications

• Five or more years’ experience in medical device development, product management, or related fields.
• Orthopedic experience is preferred, particularly in hip arthroscopy.
• Understanding of all functions involved in development, production, and marketing of product.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead initiatives in the Hip Arthroscopy portfolio.
• Develops new products in conjunction with marketing and engineering.
• Conduct market research and track trends in the industry.
• Plans and coordinates product introductions and market exploitation.
• Provide customer support and address complex issues.

Skills

Knowledge of surgical orthopedics and/or arthroscopy

Excellent listening skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Public speaking and presentation skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or clinical

Master’s degree preferred
