Job summary

Chemik Healthcare Services seeks a compassionate, dependable Hindi/Urdu-speaking caregiver for in-home support in Houston. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, prepare light meals, and help with light housekeeping, while communicating clearly with clients and families.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience or background in home health, demonstrate reliability and a valid driver's license, and can pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Hindi and English.
• Experience in caregiving, home health, or personal care preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Remind clients to take medications as directed
• Monitor and report changes in the clients' condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the healthcare team
