Openkrill is seeking a Hindi Content Specialist to curate and validate written and audio content from home across the USA (Remote) for a 12-month engagement. You will follow established SOPs, checklists, and client guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency in all queues.

The role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, timely processing, and adherence to information security standards, with daily collaboration in team meetings and calibration sessions to improve quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily content curation for written publications and audio content using established SOPs, checklists, and client guidelines.
• Validate content and metadata for completeness, consistency, and basic accuracy; apply corrections when covered by guidelines.
• Identify and document content issues, defects, and bugs in internal tools using required templates and ticketing standards.
• Escalate unclear, high-impact, or out-of-policy issues to the Team Lead/SME with clear context and supporting evidence.
• Manage assigned queues to meet defined throughput expectations and turnaround times/SLA requirements.
• Follow information security, confidentiality, and secure work environment requirements (where applicable).
• Maintain high attention to detail while completing repetitive or high-volume tasks.
• Participate in team meetings, calibration sessions, and required training; incorporate feedback to improve accuracy and consistency.
