Tennessee Oncology is seeking a Health Information Management (HIM) Specialist to ensure accurate, timely, and secure handling of patient health records, supporting provider readiness and regulatory compliance.
You will maintain records in the EHR, scan and index documents, and assist staff while upholding confidentiality and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
