Job summary

Clover Health Services seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Hilo, Hawaii. The role focuses on evaluating patients, designing treatment plans, and guiding recovery with evidence-based modalities. You will work with PTAs and therapy staff, coordinate with physicians, and document progress.

Shifts 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM; start date 2026-08-17; weekly pay; housing benefits, health coverage, and travel pay are offered to support relocation if needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical condition, movement limitations, pain levels, and functional deficits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, strength, and function.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and neuromuscular re‑education.
• Treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
• Supervise PTAs and therapy aides and delegate appropriate tasks.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Discharge patients with maintenance and self-management plans for long‑term recovery.
