Baldor Specialty Foods, Inc. in New York seeks a Hi-Lo Operator II to safely operate a Hi-Lo, transport and replenish inventory, and organize stock across warehouse areas to support availability and accuracy.

You will collaborate with Receiving, Inventory Control, Operations, Sanitation, and quality teams to maintain food safety and GMP compliance while supporting daily fulfillment and inventory movement.

Competenze

• Prior warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment preferred.
• Internally certified for two levels of reach using Hi-Lo.
• Ability to obtain and maintain company certification for material handling equipment operation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

The Hi-Lo Operator II works closely with Receiving, Inventory Control, Operations, Sanitation, and other warehouse teams to support replenishment activities, product flow, and daily operational requirements while maintaining compliance with company safety and food safety standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout warehouse operational areas for extended periods of time.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products and materials within company-established guidelines, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in refrigerated, freezer, wet, or varying warehouse temperature environments.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with workplace safety requirements.

Work Environment:
