Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings in Kissimmee West Club is seeking a dynamic HIIT Instructor to lead high-energy group classes and motivate members toward fitness goals. You will guide participants through HIIT and related formats while ensuring safety and engagement during sessions.

The role requires enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn new formats; AFAA/ACE certifications and CPR are preferred, with on-site classes across multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic group fitness instructor.
• Experience in HIIT-focused formats; training in additional formats is a plus.
• Group Fitness Certification through AFAA or ACE preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Lead members in a group HIIT setting following a pre-arranged format.
• Educate members on fitness principles and safety during sessions.
• Demonstrate and cue exercises, correct form, and motivate participants.
