Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Kennesaw, GA is seeking an energetic HIIT Instructor to lead group classes in a dynamic, no-judgments environment. You will guide members through HIIT, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, and more, delivering safe, engaging workouts while promoting health and motivation.

We offer in-house trainings, certifications, and a path for growth within a rapidly expanding company. Flexible scheduling includes morning, evening, and weekend sessions in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and energetic with a passion for fitness.
• Willingness to learn and teach multiple formats (HIIT, Kickboxing, Zumba, etc.).
• CPR certification preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead group HIIT and related classes in a safe, engaging manner.
• Educate members on proper form and fitness concepts.
• Deliver high-energy sessions in a supportive, no-judgments environment.
• Contribute to a growth-focused team culture in a fast-growing company.
