Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. seeks a Practice Leader to head the Highways Practice in Nashville, Tennessee. This role requires directing project managers, leading business development, and ensuring high-quality design and project delivery across transportation design projects.

The successful candidate will mentor staff, drive backlog with new proposals, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to expand KCI’s presence in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and minimum 7 years of professional experience, or 11 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams of technical practitioners and project managers.
• Strong ability to build and grow client relationships and cross-sell services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Highways Practice in Nashville, TN.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to PMs and staff.
• Drive business development and bid opportunities.
• Manage project scope, schedule, fees, and QA/QC on projects.
• Coordinate with other practice leaders to share best practices.
