Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a student intern to support civil transportation projects in our Tampa, FL office. You will assist senior designers, prepare sketches and drawings, and learn company standards while contributing to real project deliverables.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to Open Roads, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and drafting workflows, with mentorship from licensed engineers and opportunities to participate in team meetings and site visits.

An intern supports the assigned design department by assisting with a variety of tasks, including special project assignments and active participation in project design and documentation, to gain practical experience and support their educational development.

Working Conditions
Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
