Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on complex highway, bridge, and infrastructure projects in Newtown, PA. You will own project execution, schedules, manpower, and field budget performance while ensuring safe and successful project delivery.

This role requires proven superintendent experience in heavy civil construction, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, owners, engineers, and inspectors on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Experience on highway, bridge, transportation, or public infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing project schedules and field budgets.

Responsibilities

• Direct all field operations for heavy highway and bridge construction projects.
• Own project schedules and drive timely completion of work.
• Manage field budgets, manpower planning, and equipment utilization.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews.
• Maintain quality, safety, and production standards.
• Lead project planning and daily field coordination meetings.
• Interface with owners, engineers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor productivity and proactively address project risks and delays.
