Here's what you'll need

• Demonstrated progressive experience as an engineer and a project manager in the transportation design field
• Demonstrated knowledge of transportation projects
• Strong client facing project manager with skills delivering design projects and can bring a team together
• Skilled in developing and delivering technical presentations to stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and/or the public
• Well-rounded technical design skills encompassing all contributing disciplines

Ideally, Here’s What You’ll Also Have:

• Experience utilizing Bentley design software such as Open Roads Designer
• Experience in assisting with business development efforts
• Ability to and interest in mentoring junior level staff

The base salary range for this position is $80,100.00 to $200,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
