Jacobs in Oklahoma City is seeking a Highway/Roadway Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary design team through planning, design and construction of transportation projects. You will guide schedules, budgets and client communication.

You will apply engineering expertise, coordinate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies, and contribute to business development. This on-site role offers growth across a global company and exposure to challenging, high‑tech projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Progressive experience as an engineer and a project manager in transportation design.
• Knowledge of transportation projects.
• Strong client-facing project manager with team leadership.
• Skilled in delivering technical presentations to stakeholders and authorities.
• Comfort with multidisciplinary design disciplines.
• Experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer is preferred.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Demonstrated progressive experience as an engineer and a project manager in the transportation design field
• Demonstrated knowledge of transportation projects
• Strong client‑facing project manager with skills delivering design projects and can bring a team together
• Skilled in developing and delivering technical presentations to stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and/or the public
• Well‑rounded technical design skills encompassing all contributing disciplines

Also Desired

• Experience utilizing Bentley design software such as Open Roads Designer
• Experience in assisting with business development efforts
• Ability to and interest in mentoring junior level staff

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $80,100.00 to $185,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
