Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a skilled Highway Maintenance Technician to conduct Highway Maintenance Services and related tasks under supervision, with a focus on training in Highway/Roadway Routine Maintenance. The role offers a 4 Day Work Week and opportunities to grow within a family-owned environment.

Responsibilities include culvert work, mowing, patching pavements, storm cleanup, fence and sign repair, litter removal, emergency response, and operating maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of clean driving.
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Able to lift moderately heavy objects.
• Able to bend, climb, stand, stoop, or walk for long periods.
• Accurate eye-hand coordination.
• Able to adapt to changing schedules/work plans.

We are seeking a qualified applicant that will train in Highway/Roadway Routine Maintenance. *4 Day Work Week!*

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

EXPERIENCE:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of clean driving.
• Ableto work in adverse weather conditions.
• Able to lift moderately heavy objects.
• Be able to bend, climb, stand, stoop, or walk for long periods of time.
• Accurate eye-hand coordination.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations with work plans and work schedules due to workload or season display.
