The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
• EIT, FE, or PE preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Manage PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) related design projects.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams on various design tasks.
• Assist in preparation of reports, plans, and construction schedules.
